What is the eligibility for returns?
Returns are accepted if items are returned within 7 days (Malaysia) or 30 days (international orders) from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and unused condition, with original tags and packaging attached.
Which items are non-returnable?
Final sale items, pre-order items, accessories, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Final sale items: Items sold at a discount or marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-order items: Products ordered in advance before official release or stock availability are not eligible for return.
- Accessories: Includes items such as jewelry, bags, hats, and other fashion accessories, which cannot be returned.
- Undergarments: Intimate items like underwear and bras are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How are refunds issued?
Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. The decision for full refunds will depend on the reason for the return and the condition of the item upon inspection.
